Yes, 'cause if we breathe it may go down, again.

If there is any light, notice the B/A raised on more buying.

KC:

We are waiting to see if WOTD can come back to us with something that makes a little more sense. At least that is what I am doing...

Does anybody else have any ideas that they feel would both provide us with confidence in WOTD and give us the ability to provide them with the breathing room they need to run their business plan.

We need to find a way for both WOTD and the shareholders to make a buck. The current proposal is a little lopsided.

We both need each other if any of us are going to go forward from this point. If WOTD decides to proceed under the current scenario, things will be very rocky at best.

There needs to be a compromise where the shareholders can receive some short term benefits as well as see some reasonable up-side down the road. If the shareholders could see (in the form of a press release) more official details on who WOTD is and their business plan, shareholders would feel much better.

Also, there has to be better return for the current shareholders, we supported the Reg. S, do not throw us overboard by reducing our positions so dramatically.

These are a few issues I have, does anybody have any further comments?
