Considering Microsoft is combining the Browser (IE 4) and the Windows OS into one gargantuan string of code, chances are this will be the case. We will no shortly as Microsoft release the "gold" code to production. Imagine the "Minimum Recommended Hardware Requirements" - 266 MHz Pentium II or equivalent, 64 Meg Dram, 8 Gig Hard Drive......
