Mr. K, thanks for the report. Thought you got 3 messages a day without joining? The $125 is still well spent and to your benefit.

Reverse split is not good no matter how it is explained. This is a good company with a lot of potential, they don't need a reverse split.

Wish we could get a few more opinions or your report of the meeting.

DuGen

Appreciate the input you gave us of the meeting, but what still puzzles me is why it takes so long to put a news release together on what transpired at the meeting. No one from the company is willing to comment on any of the questions asked (see posts from SI, AOL, Yahoo boards), and a simple news release would clear up a lot of unanswered questions. No fire yet but I still see a lot of smoke rising.

IMO = The leaked merger news caught them off guard. I'm not an expert but that "news release" sure sounded factual, plausible, and sensible.
Apparently, I am not the only one who feels this way given the way the volume looked today. Granted the Co. looks like it has great prospects in the mid-long term, but we did not get the mass exodus usually associated with momentum, and hype traders.

Disclaimer: I've been wrong before.

Mr K.....Good report, these are my concerns:

1. Cash....takes BIG bucks to advertise a product, ALL major retailers expect co-op ad $ today, along with return rights, 60 day terms. 50,000 shares won't cover this IMHO.

2. Press releases very vague, " first two months production sold out",
When I quested sales mgr about what capacity was, very evasive, keep secrets from competition, etc., I don't buy that.

3. Everyone on thread talks about Wal-Mart, Toy-R-Us, etc., SCTI can have the greatest product in the world and if these retailers don't believe they can take care of their orders, they will never happen. Retailers want high turns these days, and when the fad dies, they want to charge it all back and they don't pay you unless you take it back. That is why company needs South America outlet.

4. Imports are done with letters of credit which tie up funds until the ship comes over and the company gets paid. Can be from 3-6 months, back to cash flow problem.

I have been there and done that...any thoughts????

Mr K...Just thought of a couple things:

1. Did you see any equipment for electronic order entry??? If not , any orders from Wal-Mart will probably be one shot deal.

2. How automated was the warehouse???

3. How big is warehouse???

4. How many scanners are in warehouse????

Get the picture....IMHO...No to 2 0r more of the above...sell.
