I am also invested in GNNX. What I heard from ICSV was encouraging!

I have done some research which you may verify.

(As you should do in any information situation)

I called the phone number for ICSV. (714-629-4120)

For those having problems following along, ICSV is buying out the Meyer Group Limited (run by Robert Meyer... not the nonsense posted earlier with Peter Meyer... totally different company), and the Meyer Group Limited signed the $60 million dollar contract with GNNX.

When I called ICSV...I asked, and got, the CEO for ICSV.

I asked him first if they were aquiring Meyer Group Limited, he said yes.

I asked him to verify that the contract between Genesis and Meyer was $60 million dollars. He stated that sounded reasonable, he didn't know that Genesis had already issued a press release but did verify that there was an ongoing relationship between the two companies.

However, considering the size of ICSV's contracts, he said,
$60 million sounded reasonable.

He said he would know more once the Meyer Group Limited had been audited. (Because the Meyer buyout would not occur until May)

He also mentioned that ICSV should be releasing news this next week.

I'd consider ICSV as an investment, except the spread is outrageous on it.

He stated basically that the Meyer group was buying access to telephone links that Genesis Media holds.

As ICSV is in the business of wholesale telecommunications.

So, this is basically a telecommunications contract.

Give ICSV a call for more info.

Things are looking good for GNNX!
