Gentlefolk, can we agree that on completion Hamilton will have 700TPD capacity?
I was there on Monday and Ed K. told me they were not "permitted" beyond 200TPD. I did not hear him say that because they were doing less earlier that they could consistently exceed 200 now to "get up to average".
BTW when will they be permitted to expand? and is there no issue whatsoever re. 400TPD for sewage biosolids?
My impression is that Continental Capital lacks professionality and is a little too rah-rah.
Both Rene and Ed were explicitly vague re. their "proactivity" re. Trooper. (Ed told me on Mon. that the original license agreement gave them the right to examine Trooper financials...makes me wonder what they are going to do.)
Responses to questions about the 26mill. Reg D. were also vague as well as the supposition that conversions were done. How many more shares outstanding will there be at fiscal year end in 2 weeks. Is that so tough to answer?

On Monday, Ed explained in some detail why Devens has been held up. partly due to missteps? by Jim Coull (not bringing in engineering and TT staff at initial public hearings), partly due to NIMBY by well-heeled residents. Martha's Vineyard was mentioned as one of a number of alternate sites. something will happen in the Boston vicinity, but timing may not be immediate was my sense. I was told that Rene told the attendees at a February meeting that they'd take their marbles elsewhere if they were not wanted.

I have a feeling that the pipefitters? pension fund which commissioned the Dillon report is based in NY and still harbor hopes that a Staten Island announcement will be forthcoming as the third debt-financed plant. I trust my feelings and have been adding shares all week.

IMO the company is in far better shape now than when the stock ran to three last May on the rumor of an Ontario-wide licensing agreement. You'll recall that after the Oshawa-Niagra announcement the share price deflated.

fear vs. greed. beside the fact that I love the alchemous nature of turning sh*t into gold... getting paid on both ends to do it, without having to pay to build... it is just too darn attractive to sit on the sideline and watch right now.
good fortune to all.
