Iomegans interested in class action suits may want to check out the "Securities Class Action Clearinghouse" link that follows. Find IOM under "case information."

See, this is what I love about these threads. No matter what you
think of, other people always have something else to add. Yes, you
are right. I forgot about T/S. Here's the Equity section from the
press release:
3/98 12/97
-------- --------
Stockholders' equity 441,651 458,065
Total Liabilities and Stockholders' Equity $904,718 $961,639

Unfortunately, equity is not broken out into C/S, APIC, R/E, and T/S.
Therefore, you won't be able to see the increase in T/S or the
repurchase of C/S in the CFL statement until we get the 10Q in May.
The other problem is that the shares o/s reported in the 10K for
12/97 is prior to adjustments due to the split. Therefore, the 10K
number doesn't do you any good.

So it looks like a stalemate until we get the 10Q. Remember I made a
guess as to why the stock price is staying afloat, I didn't make any
statements of fact that need to be supported. I'll make statements of
fact only after we get the 10Q and the facts can't be denied.
