Lizzard,

Looked at GEOC earnings release....fundamentals look solid. Net margin down but reason for this is the higher tax rate that kicked in, prob because of used up tax carryforwards. At equivalent tax rate, they would have improved on the net margin by 4-5%. Street often overlooks these things. However, top line improvement by 144% really is a kicker. Also, no cautionary comments as far as I could see.

Therefore, no reason for the sale today. Good one, thanks....

Do you have any idea what might be going on with APSG? I spoke with I.R. today and was told that they don't know why the price was brought down this morning. Per I.R., there isn't any news, there aren't any problems, company is strong and is currently hiring.

Volume was somewhat higher than normal, but not unusual; I would imagine a few stops were taken out. There are no options associated with this issue, earnings are not reported until middle of next month and stock has plenty of liquidity. Looks like it might be a good buy at this level, but I have been wrong a time or two...
