Mr. Copeland was asked why it was so important to be on the nasd small cap? (Which I gathered was the reason for the stock split to achieve $4 requirement). He said that it was'nt really necessary - many very good companies are BB companies - but he thought that it would benefit the company in dealing with retailers ... I suggest you call direct to get his reasons, if interested, I didn't take good notes on that statement.

I am fairly new to the BB stocks and don't understand the fear of reverse split please give me down sides?

Also my feeling is that the recent move in the stock was due to the rumor of a merger do you agree and do you think the stock will continue to find a new floor?

As far as three messages a day SI must have changed its policy because the message I got when trying to respond said you must pay to respond?

Mark, After looking over what Mr. K reported, I've got some concerns.

1) 50,000 additional shares won't hurt that much.
2) Mr. Copeland owns less than .2%, and he could have loaded up when it was really cheap, why didn't he?
3) Not enough proxies for a vote isn't good.
4) To vote on a reverse split is not good. What is the exchange rate?
5) If they've got a surplus of "outdated" products that they want to unload in South America and the Pac Rim, why couldn't they sell them before?
6) AND WHAT ABOUT THEIR NEW PRODUCTS?

I'm sticking around for the fundamentals and to see what news reports will say about the meeting. And I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling about it.
