It looks vindictive to me, otherwise there was no real reason to put it out. Looks to me like their current management would like to throw a monkey wrench into the works. Can see no other reason for doing it. Kevin

To all: This release sure makes it sound like they're trying to maintain their independence. The letter of intent only committed to pursuing a mutually agreeable marriage. This sounds like they want to go down fighting. Thoughts?? Rick
