IMO a company that says nothing probably has NOTHING to say!! Sorry to hear you took such a bath. I too got "hyped" in by that NASA garbage. When I averaged down I lost some more. The only one's making anything on this thing are the MM's.

Well said Surfca2. I too wonder why NVXE can't seem to find the time to file the SEC filings that are required. Even if they're disappointing, they should file as soon as possible. I too think lack of filing is inexcusable, and gives Ray and the rest of the team a black eye.

As for the NASA project....again, I too am rather surprised, and disappointed that nothing has come of it. And when many of us have asked what kinds of revenues could be expected in 1998 (from total operations) the answer is less than you'd expect (less than $5 million) given the press release on the NASA project, which made it seem that there was upwards of $100 million in revenues available to NVXE over the course of 18 months.

And if Star is real, then Kuglin should bet on the come and merge the companies on the promise of payment once funding comes.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Mark (Surfca2).... NVXE needs to communicate more openly (and publicly) with its shareholders, and I'm not talking about speaking through its investors (who take the time to call). The information should be direct, and shared with all investors. I'd say monthly updates on the progress of previously announced deals would be a good start, and they have the perfect vehicle for it - - their website!

I still hope they can obtain the funding they need, and turn the company around, but I too am tired of having to hear everything, and I mean everything 2nd hand through Silicon Investor. The company needs to become more forthright, and they need to start sharing their progress on the projects we already know about (whether its good or bad).

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Bill
