The best for IRA to do right now is to cut any conversations with these guys for now, and refuse to take any of their calls that might come his way. Put out a release for Myriad. Get financials to whomever he needs to and get them released to public. Watch Atrix fall like a big bag of vacuums, and then if he wants to deal do it on his own terms. I am no einstein, but whoever put out that release is either stupid or trying to bring down their whole company. LFISKY
