Snake:

I have asked this before, but gotten no answer. Is there some plan for current FTEL holders to get FNET IPO shares at the open? Having participated in such things before, these is usually a "request list" that the underwriter has, with spots reserved for friends of the issuer. The underwriters like to see these spots snapped up by current stock holders; it shows support by insiders. Naturally, much ofthe IPO goes to the underwriter's VIP's, who flip it and make a fortune, but hey, maybe it's our turn!

The deal raised more than double the company's hopes. When it first filed to go public, it estimated shares would sell for between $10 and $12 each.

A chip maker of all things...hahaha!

How about a Telephony Company with the best Internet/Intranet Product & Service's, WCOM small-book size agreement, smaller networks outside the loop bringing in cash with the Tempest.

Whats that worth......
