Dusty and All: I have been watching ATXI for the 15 minutes or so since that press release. So far, not much volume but all that has been traded has been one (bid) sell after another. Did this backfire on them?

Bid on ATXI still dropping. BTW, I'm not sure b/c I haven't consulted my notes, but I don't think that their pretax income will qualify. Jin.

Dusty, I'm not concerned about Myriad PR. That is a done deal. I just know that the current management is trying to ward off this merger but the majority shareholders of Atrix will force it on them. People losing jobs etc. This is not a deal killer, IMO just makes the shareholders on both side a bit anxious. Worse that can happen is we lose several weeks of planning and negotiations. And, we have to wait for a new NASDAQ shell to be merged into. If I know IRA, he probably has several alternatives already on file waiting to use if needed. As I have said before, Atrix is first, convenient, saves time and expense. But are not the only game in town. Kevin
