Got some some interesting feedback today. Basically there is no point in making a case against someone performing bad management. However I sold on news of reverse merger, and if the release was a false statement that caused large losses then there could be some reasons to proceed. Basically WOTD is damned if they do and damned if the don't split. This split fiasco news is the only thing worthy of effort and its worth the difference between the 2c level and the dump level of 0.05 to 0.08 where most of us chickens bailed out. I Expect the split to show up monday at the open of trading unless the company issues a revision in the press release of the 14th. (legalality again) bill
