This one looks like a good candidate for shorting/puts. I want to check out further. What caught my eye today was the filing of the shelf registration for more debt:

500M doesn't seem like a small amount given INTU's market cap. What do you know about their ownership of XCIT? Are there any restrictions on when they can sell?

Something hit the news today about somebody wanting to sell some XCIT. Wonder who it was.
