Which specific negative factors are you talking about that are rightfully so? >

My remark seems to be a little misleading. Actually what I was trying to say is that Tom has a right to speak his mind. The negative factors he mentions all refer to past performance, i.e. EPS declines etc. He extrapolates these negatives without mentioning any of a number of positive factors that can turn things around for Intel. I disagree totally with his conclusion. As Paul E noted, Intel did not get to be one of the best companies in the world by accident. Hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
