I'm not attempting to bash in any way, just wanting to clarify something. You said "FNET IPO subscription is "sold out"".

There were some private placements earlier for FNET. I'm sure those were sold out long time ago. I would not classify them as FNET IPO related. I would classify them as raising money privately and issuing shares in return.

Some people could read your post as saying the IPO is already sold out, but I would bet that is not what you meant. As far as we know, the underwriter for the IPO has not been decided and therefore the IPO can't be sold out.

So, I'm not aware of any additional fundraising by the company other than what has been announced already.

I also don't know if there is a pre-IPO list (doubt it due to no underwriter) and don't know if that is what you were writing about. If you'd clarify exactly what you meant as "FNET IPO subscription," I'd appreciate it (if it is different than above).

If I've mis-understood, please let me know.
