Jean, Actually, you'd have 245 shares of PTEC. I'm guessing you missed one of the 2s in your calculation. As someone already asked, I'm curious if anyone knows when the conversion happens. I know the planned merger date is June 30, but will that be the effective swap price, or today, or when? It's true that 1.225*$13=$16 (close), but what if PTEC falls in the next few months to, say, $11. When exactly do we know what our gain, loss, etc. is from the merger? Thanks. Stu B
