Mr. Miller,

To make a long story short, we need to take out the recent all time high, (on a closing basis), of $6.50, preferably above it and in good volume.

Then remember, that in penny stocks, T/A is only of mere "guidance", like a road map...

There is always NEWS, NEWS, NEWS... These monsters (penny stocks) live and die (in most instances), by the battle cry of News.

Once we make the grade (NASDAQ), then the story starts changing.

One of the things I have liked in DGIV the most, is the VOLUME...

In my opinion, I use a combination of:

1/3 fundamental analysis, 1/3 Momentum, and 1/3 Voodoo (T/A).

sometimes I modify the above formula to add the concept of Value given a sound company that has been trashed due to a "market overreaction", then the ingredients become 1/4 each.

In reality I use the witch's measurements, which is "a pinch" of this, and a "pinch of that".....

Z.

Only my opinion.
