Never forget that this is, as always, all about money and legality. Don't assume that Atrix is issuing press releases becasue they are mad or unhappy. Things like shareholder lawsuits are all too common these days, and the Atrix managment has a fiduciary responsibility to it's CURRENT shareholders. Not to mention that there is probably a fiscal reason too. Anyone picking up Atrix shares as a gamble? Especially if you know the agrement will happen? We can analyze and guess to death on why they did what they did, but in the end it will not change if this deal will happen or not. I'd bet 10 share that this deal is done. Jack
