I don't think any of us know enough. :-) Since I've been following Cymer (after the crash in sep.oct '97).. COHR hasn't done anything to ignite my blood. They come out with a press release once is a while about a product etc.. but they have no backbone? They operate out of a <20,000sq facilite while Cymer is taking charge with 100,000sq+ and service centers in something like 9 location around the globe. Now what was this about Cymer and Seiko making another DUV instrument? When COHR beefs up their operation I'll take note. Fabs are going to want a strong commitment from COHR before they trust them with orders. The close relationship that Cymer has with Cannon and SVGI etc.. are what's needed in my opinion - DON'T TELL COHR THAT OK! :-) Aloha
