To All: Here's my slant on why ATXI put out that carefully worded press release. They are in negotiations with Ira. You know! Da Man! They are jockeying for position. Ira probably wants to change the ratio more in FAMHs favor. They know this and they are trying to get or keep a better deal. It is only a normal horse trading maneuver. Of course, Ira will recognize it as horse manure! Heh, heh. Stay in the Black! jimS Boy, those steaks look good!
