David, you are not exactly right, I think there are bigger deals than #'s from 1st qtr remember we were making 2 aquisitions.

No telling what the heck will happen this weekend. I wouldn't risk missing out on these low levels if we gap open on Monday. Three days is alot of time to move and shake!

For a time, noone was selling and noone was buying much. So, the buys were the first to crack and give in to the standoff! They realize the sale here.
