a stock loses 1/2 its value....no big deal , just file a class action lawsuit

Ah, but where does the money to pay damages come from? You'd wipe out what value is left trying to make the class whole. I bet there are some nervous Big 6 (or is it 5 now?) partners getting ready to lynch the partner who issued the clean opinion. Who is their auditor anyway?

Bob

PS: Funny thing is that the mo mo "investors" who bailed at an almost 50% haircut yesterday probably dumped all the cash into XCIT or YHOO. Wonder if Cramer owned some CD. How much pain will they endure before they decide to bail on everything? Can't just sit back and watch their YTD gains slip away.
