Ram, you don't do a secondary at, what I consider to be, the
bottom of a trading range (14-24). That is one of the reasons I'm looking
for 24-26 within 2 months, or sooner!

RAM--- Look at all the Y2Ks that have had a secondary. The price dropped like a stone and took some time to recover. They did not do it at low points as ALYD is in now. Would most investors believe only what is in their best interest will be done..... NO WAY. It makes no sense to do a secondary or private placement. When there is a DEMAND for shares the price will increase, now the demand is light. The SMART thing to do is notify the world how great ALYD is and drive the price up. Near the peak do a split. The post price should be up and no one should lose. The investing public is aware of how things wen in the past and are not fully trusting this mgmt yet..

Ram-

I take a vacation and I come back to a thread full of impatience....

This is a funny thing though.... just when everybody seems most miserable.... that is when the stock goes vertical...

Go back one year when the chart was stuck at 10... right before blast off.... lots of moaning and complaining....

The Whine Meter is going off the chart.... guess what I'm going to do over the next few sessions? Yep....

Rolling up more change,

Tech Master
