Chris,
The ICSV 10 -K shows Robert Meyer as Pres.,CEO and Chairman of the co. This is the same Robert Meyer that is shown in the same document as Pres., CEO and Chairman of the Meyer Group Limited which is referenced in the release of yesterday having signed a contract with GNNX for 60 mil ! My suspision gets raised when GNNX puts out a release calling " The Meyer Group Limited, a substantial California company.". What is the basis of this "substantial" analysis?
If you look at Meyers' history with ICSV, he ran a company into the ground so on this basis you'd need to- at a minimum- question his leadership: and why GNNX put sufficient faith into the Meyer co. to substantially endorse a relationship as described in the release .I do not know re his personal financial capicity nor that of the Meyer Group, but the price of GNNX stock is going up on the news that the Meyer Group is bringing something substantial to the party.WHAT IS IT??? I'm assuming GNNX mgt. did their dd on Meyer so all they need to do is release the points of the dd. Until then-I would not invest my money . This is my opinion and the result of my own dd-- I encourage everyone to do their own dd best dennis

Chris - am trying to follow up on the questions raised by some concerning the relationship between ICSV and GNNX. Yesterday, in talking with Don Logan, I had asked if I could talk with their investment banker, Dutch Associates.

I have just received a callback from Nick Trasta, Exec. VP. at Dutch Associates. This is a NY firm (I believe). Mr. Trasta is currently in California. (see their website dutchassociates.com Dutch Associates is a consulting firm on mergers and acquisitions. They did not take GNNX through their recent reverse merger with HSTV. They have been called in as consultants to guide GNNX through their current contracting, to advise them which are the best attorneys and accountants to use to get them to be a fully reporting company (sounds like the right track to me!...and sounds exactly like the business of a serious company, to me). It is also their job to guide GNNX in the formation of the contract, and to determine the revenues and profits that would be available from the any such contract.

Dutch Associates/Genesis is currently faxing to me specifics on the contract so that the questions that have been raised will be more completely answered. I will post what I receive as soon as I receive it.
