Financial Communications (investor relations, proxy, mergers and acquisitions, privatizations)
No longer is good corporate performance, alone, a guarantee that a company's stock price will rise. Increasingly, companies also must have an active, targeted investor communications program.
For more than 65 years, Hill and Knowlton has helped its clients define strategies, shape messages, plan effective investor relations programs and insure cost-effective implementation.
We have counselled hundreds of companies in critical situations such as proxy fights, hostile tender offers, bankruptcies, major litigation, accusations of financial malfeasance, serious declines in earnings and potentially embarrassing restatements of financials.
Hill and Knowlton combines a full range of investor relations and public relations counsel with complete proxy solicitation and stockwatch capabilities. Our staff includes former financial and business reporters, investment bankers and financial analysts.

Corporate PR
Corporate reputation is based on more than performance. Hill and Knowlton's Corporate Services Group, experienced in business, industry, banking, law, and accounting, works with key internal and external audiences such as shareholders, clients, prospects, analysts, employees, and the media to bring context and focus to any reputational need.
By helping companies distinguish themselves in the marketplace, identify their most important audiences, and articulate key messages, we build corporate reputations for leadership, quality in management, and long-term value.
