Charles, I'm not sure what you are talking about regarding CD. However, I would highly recommend you to read the first link I have listed in the CD Stock Library found in valuespec.com to find out in what ways that CD is involved in internet commerce. It is involved with internet commerce in a big, extremely profitable way- and it has just started ! Charles, is the IPO date set for FTEL? Any IPO, if successful, would be an incredible boost for FTEL, even if the FNET IPO was for much less than the initially intended $10-$ 11. I would consider $ 5.00 a great success. VALUESPEC
