It didn't take too much effort and time on my part at all. As I said in my previous note, all this info is only a mouse click away. All the documents are in the MS Word format with all the bells and whistles (much nicer to read than what I cut&pasted here). Just click on the address below and when you get to the SEDAR's web site don't forget to save its address in your bookmarks. All you need to do is type the word Mink under "Company Name", sort the documents by "Date of Filing", and then click on the "Search" button. You can display all the historic as well as the most recent documents by entering proper "from - to" search dates. You may want to put some later date in the "to" field so you won't miss the most recent filings. You'll find information on any public company there. The CDS-SEDAR site is free of charge...
