Arbitrageurs, if any, have another week to play warrant boogie.

According to the 8-K of 3/13, the redemption window closes Friday, April 24, 1998 3:00 p.m.Mountain time.

Cheryl I took your question to the one person I know who holds a ton of TAVA warrants. I think you can guess who that is can't you?

Anyway I was told we should not expect any impact on the stock price at all.

In fact if anything stocks usually rise after a warrant conversion. It may not seem logical as there are certainly more shares to dilute earnings but remember TAVA gets $3.50 for each one of those warrants they call.

On another subject I too feel TAVA could do a better job of presenting themselves positively in their press releases. Cheryl now admit this please! You or Karl or any number of people on this thread could write a press release for this company better than they do without filling them with hype.

Great press releases can definitely improve a stocks performance. Karl complained that the impact on earnings of the Coke contract was not fully explained in that press release. Previous press releases have announced several contracts all at one time.

Why not release these separately?

Well it's come to my attention recently as I have discussed the press release for ABMI with it's CEO that companies that have yet to make a profit often pinch a few pennies and include as much news in one press release as possible. Releasing several press releases costs several times the amount of one press release.

Still the future seems assured for TAVA shareholders. At least those who are long that is, as the stock will surely rise as actual earnings begin to pour in. The year 2000 grows ever nearer every day and with it will come tremendous profits for TAVA and it's shareholders as well!

If press releases do not improve with NMS listing and actual profits rising in the future I will be very surprised!

GO TAVA!

regards, Jeff
