Edward I just don't share your anxiety,we ,I feel are only seeing the natural action of a healthy stock that have short-term traders taking
profits after a pop,and then buy pressure returns. The 1+million share volume today with a pop to 10&1/2 is a strong sign that this stock is building for a move into the teens.I myself, who bought in at 8&1/4
was going to sell after a one point gain;but I fought off the temptation when I saw the volume.I am going to hold for the teens, myself, maybe longer. For the longs I have to say from a TA angle
this stock is looking good as a longterm stock.Good Luck.max90

I have run a search to see if Lotus(IBM) ever made a comment regards
the lawsuit filed against them by Verity, and thus far I can find no
evidence that Lotus has broken this silence. One could view this as a positive indicator,as we have gotten none of the typical denials and
refutations.max90
