J.W. Try this, go to Yahoo! and get a detailed quote on FINL. Once you get there click on SEC filings. Once you are there, click on "more Edgar filing on FINL." It will pull up a menu. The 13SGA or any 13 filing is changes in ownership of a company. On April 13, FMR or Fidelity showed over 10% ownership in Finish Line. This is awesome. Less shares being trading now and big institutions owning it. Hang on. I have been in at $9.5 and $12.125. Sold some but holding the rest until momentum changes. Steve
