The question is do you think cdrd is worth its current price with all of the inherent risks that must be overcome before it can be successful? That's where I can't justify buying at these prices.

For a sat delivery company, yes, sure. This is an expensive business, and risky in terms of timing when a sat will be deployed, but the risks are well known, the launches are insured, the delivery platform is well engineered (I do own LOR stock.) and the ability for such devices to receive the signal is easy to test.

I would buy CDRD, but I have not finished my due diligence and relative growth comparisons yet. I do not believe that the stock is currently overvalued if the management of the company is sound. The company, at this point, is probably worth $1B, and has a market capitalization of half of that. That's a fair valuation of the risks involved, so its at the right price, right now, I would say.
