Rob-Chemist, The LP $5m orders were previously reported and discussed on the thread, since they were reported with cohr's last earnings report. You must keep in mind they have different models. The one introduced in October and recently shipped for evaluation is the bandwith improved model equivalent to Cymer's 5010 series(currently shipping with "significant orders"). Prior to that, they were most likely shipping/booking an equivalent to the Cymer 5000 series with maybe the odd ArF thrown in. Bob
