Earnings Out!

biz.yahoo.com

This is the link to TESI earnings for the 1st quarter. I find the following facts gleaned from the statement encouraging:

(1) gross sales revenue is up $1.5 million (from 2.6 to 4.1)
(2) cost of revenues was only up $150,000
(3) operating costs were only up $450,000

This means that of the additional $1.5 million in revenues from sales, $900,000 went to the bottom line. I have no idea how valid any projections are that revenue increases will continue to flow to the bottom line at the same percentage rate, but I have a call in to John Nelli to ask him that question. I will post his answer when I have it.

Any of you financial types out there who can analyze the figures and glean any other salient facts from them?

Second thought: The statement said that one-third of the resellers contributed to the sales revenue. It was stated positively, but that seems low to me. Anyone knowledgeable about this have any comment?
