You say:

"The difference now from all the other times I've traded this is I have no control over an exact moment that a judge walks into a court room and makes some kind of ruling."

What is the difference? You still have no control over the exact moment... you didn't have the control before, and you don't have it now. You didn't know anything before and you don't know it know. The only thing you do know is what rosen says he knows. Do you know Rosen well? I don't... but having read this threads vs GRC's, I place a lot more value on what GRC says from a legal point-of-view.

And if you had "insider" knowledge with someone who knows the judge, as rosen claims he has, would you be so stupid so as to posted on the Internet?

I think that the emperor has no clothes... and that's why I sold. But, because of your same feeling that 5 minutes after I sell the stuff will go higher, I remained long...

Grammy,

Well said:

"The difference now from all the other times I've traded this is I have no control over an exact moment that a judge walks into a court room and makes some kind of ruling.

My luck would be 5 minutes after I sell and then I can guarantee there will be no shares available, especially large blocks."

If only we knew for sure, it would be so easy. Of course, if everyone knew, then it would have been high when I got in last year!. I have the same feeling, about missing the boat. Last time I got lucky, and the price came down (I sold everything). This time I might not get so lucky (Of course quadrupling in less than a year is still OK). Time will tell.

Until we know, good luck
