Kim: Many thanks for passing on my post re an internet AGM. I really think that such meetings, enabling many more stockholders to see and hear what is happening on a real-time basis, is the wave of the future. Arvin Industries, a NYSE company whose headquarters are about 50 miles from here, just announced such a meeting. As to whether or not, stockholders can also vote (obviously with some kind of security system) was not spelled out. Happy to hear that the drilling program is about to commence. I'm sure you have heard the famous words from the Indy 500, "Gentlemen, start your engines". I take the liberty to paraphrase: "Gentlemen and Ladies--start your drilling!" BobG
