Lou,

I agree ... Joe Murphy ought to be doing what he does best: juggling lots of balls in the air and practicing the fine art of negotiating deals. We can get by w/o him until some loose ends are tied up and he has time to breath (and maybe post) again.

Dan

Lou,

Super post. I know for a fact Joe is working 16 hours a day getting this company ready to be sold. He is working on audits, acquisitions and everything else connected with them. He is in meetings everyday with bankers and attorneys. He is looking at new acquisitions everyday. The man just has no time to follow this thread and do what a CEO of an emerging growth company should do. As you said, we have seen at least 7 great press releases and one newsletter showing the company is on the move and in the right direction. The one thing he can not control is the stock price. Lets not forget that all things even out in the end. We might as well get used to the fact that there are some share holders who either just don't believe or don't want to wait. Until they finish selling, the stock price is not going to move up. Nobody likes it but that is the way it is. IMO we are still seeing shares come down from the north from those that have their own agenda. We can not ask anything more from Joe. It will be in all of our best interests if we stop complaining about what a few are doing to the stock price and start figuring out what we can do to help the company. I would bet by now everybody on this thread knows that Joe's goal is to sell the company this year for $10.00 a share. He will get the job done. At no time did he say the stock price would go up every day. Folks, we might just see a buck a share before the MM's get finished with us but if you got in for the buyout who cares.

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF BB STOCKS AND DON'T FORGET MM'S ARE KINGS

Best Regards

Lou, why can't you just address the "investors" themselves?
You, of all should know to employ the Greco-Roman style (my
Dad was a world class "true," professional wrestler before
being bombed in the Army barracks at Pearl Harbor, serving in
Italy and Southern France during WWII and being seriously wounded
in Korea and going for his first of three Masters degrees) before
entering a match.

We are all in this together with substantial sums invested.

Don't get mad if all I or George B. want to know is why
Mr. Murphy isn't posting, anymore. Joe Medsker cleared that
up by COMMUNICATING.

Bob

Hi Lou,
Glad to hear that our CEO is working for us so hard. But we already knew that right. <smile> I think everyone knows why Joe is not posting anymore, but with the share price the way it is and all that has gone on recently, they just need a little hand holding. You just did that, thanks. Yep, the slavos that have been thrown back & forth between some of the people on the bb would be enough to wear down anyone. Glad to see you are still hanging around. <smile>
Enjoy the weekend.
Toni
