I didn't see much downside risk at 5 9/16.

I was wrong and paid for it. I tried the product and it really opened up my nose, but I couldn't smell the crap earnings coming.
Book value does not always tell the story. If the product sales keep declining the value will follow. Haven't you ever seen a company trade below book value before? They do and there is usually a reason for it. No growth and in this case a steady decline.
They don't need to buy back shares. They need to invest the cash in a growing business.
I'm out for now. I'll be back when something positive happens.

Book value is more like 3.50 I believe; perhaps it's just a hair above dollar wise (if $1 is one hair), but still a good ways above percentage wise. Plus did you notice they actually lost over $1MM from operations; earnings came from a tax adjustment and earnings on their cash!
