Chris,

I do not think it is dilution from what is stated. It is a stock option plan for upper management. Now it would be nice if they bought back stock to fulfil the options as exercised, but they can also issue stock, which is dilutive.

Not sure from what is in the document that it is negative...besides I believe the option price was 27 7/8 which means much later date before anyone wants to exercise.

Chris, that was my first thought, that it will be dilutive, but I'm really fuzzy on how these stock options plans actually operate. If someone can post a definitive answer, that'd be great.

32 million shares is about 15% of the shares outstanding and $0.9 billion (@ 27.75).

I guess if anyone's a shareholder they could e-mail/phone their investor relations and ask them about it. That's what an IR dept. is there for.

There was some very interesting stuff in that filing.

Good trading,

Tom
