We send the report directly to the printer first thing this morning. Gerry picked it up at my home at 7:30am and hand delivered it as prearranged to the printer. All the documents including the certification that we have mailed the report, etc., are sent from our lawyers to the B.C. Securities Commission et al. That could not happen until the materials were in the hands of the mailing agencey.

I don't know when it will be posted on SEDAR. The files were transmitted by email, and the reports are now enroute to the shipper. I would expect to see the financial on SEDAR possibly later this afternoon, or alternately, on Monday. I have never tracked the time it takes, so I must admit I don't know how long it takes to show up on SEDAR.

Hope this explanation helps, Richard. Have a nice weekend, I know I will, even if most of tonight is sleeping.

Regards,

John

Richard, I just got a call from Campney & Murphy. The files they received over the internet were apparently corrupted. I am resending them, and hopefully they will get them in time. Otherwise, they say it won't be entered until Monday.

Regards,

John
