Mel and All, In yesterday's CC, IRA stated that the PR stating the 1/4 was a "proforma" statement. That the merger was apples for apples type of deal. That tells me that the share exchange ratio will be determined at a set price based on the value of shares of both companies on a given date. This is how I read the statement. This of course is open to some interpretation and I will yield to those with additional information or background. Kevin
