Russia's Norilsk Nickel is it's main producer of
nickel, cobalt, platinum, and palladium ores.
So far something strange is happening to
palladium prices, driving them up. Will
it eventually effect cobalt? A mining
executive just claimed that the ore gave out!
Norilsk claims that there is still a lot of ore,
but do not give details of costs and financing.
