Miss Jane,

Thank you for the compliment, it is appreciated. As for my mind, well it is nothing out of the extraordinary, actually sometimes I think it is suffers from a hyper-active imagination that runs out of control, as if it would have a life of its own, independent of the rest of the body.

Much like one of those "out of body experiences" that Shirley McLaine has described.

It could also be diagnosed as mental diarrhea.

As for the word, well, it is part of the body, and that is what real Doctors call it. May be there is a secret word, we should ask our resident Doctor Glenn, to see if there is one or not (word, that is).

I wonder what the puritans called theirs... "Dingaling" ?

As for exercise routine, I know someone that was four times national triathlon champ. (Not the U.S.), and ranked 25th. In a recent Ironman in Hawaii, she bicycles, swims, and runs unspeakable amounts of miles, upon miles, of each. She is in her mid 30's, recently had a baby, and she is in tremendous shape.

Her mother, at age sixty something, decided to participate in one of this events, (in their own age category of course), and the woman took two golds, one silver, and one bronze in recent events. (Mind you, she used to swim endlessly when she was younger).

Her grandfather and uncle were Olympians (track, and modern pentathlon), her Grandpa's track record 4 x 400 relay stood for 50 years, (again, not the U.S.)

I will ask her for a program for long distance training and nutritional plan for the same purpose, and I will pass it on to you, it may complement other programs, I am sure you already have.

You have a good weekend as well.

Z.
