Gary,

In 1997 BCMD sold 30 million shares at roughly 10 cents a share=$3 million dollars. Did the 10 cent shares keep BCMD from going over $2 last year? Why, then, would you expect these 5 million 30 cent shares to hold BCMD down at the 30-65 cent level?

It's only a 10% dilution. BTW, I think I've posted all this in msg #'s 3447 and 3478.
