I wish they would add another 4 million real soon. Traffic does increase faster than the number of users. First good wipeout on the internet or for a major ISP -- whatever it's cause -- we all know what's going to happen to the price of these stocks. AOL's service is already marginal. I know this because I often e-mail to folks who use AOL as their ISP. All transmissions with attachments take multiple sends in order to be received. Other ISP's are much more reliable.

Usually on the third try for someone with an AOL address I suggest they look for another ISP. Nobody seems to want to switch though -- they don't want to change business cards, etc. It's impacting their ability to do e-business, though. A little more degradation in service.
