Tim,

<With the sign-up of this medical instrument company tells me that Jenkins has his hands full and can not exploit this area with his limited forces.>

Funny, it told me he saw a market opportunity and took advantage of it. I would rather TAVA engineers be managing projects on the plant floor with global companies, where there are complex integrated systems, rather than scrambling around hospitals looking at a multitude of medical devices. Let hospital & CMED's engineers handle that.

I don't know what the licensing arrangement is ... but I personally like the number of CD's that will be sold. There are a lot of hospitals out there.

Smart move on Jenkins part. Guess some look at a glass as being half full, others look at it as half empty.

Cheryl

Tim--You mentioned before that you felt NMS listing was already built into the price of Tava. In light of todays announcement, do you still feel the same way? Jan

the fact that cmed signed up, gives you a clue that the CD must be hot and cmed needed a tool. Tava is going alot higher

Very exciting day, and I too believe TAVA is going much higher. As far as Jenkins having his hands full, he probably does and that is a good thing. What is especially encouraging to me is how quickly TAVA has been able to turn-around and take advantage of opportunities. Now they're into the Medical Y2K business and a chain of hospitals already has signed up through their new partners!

Electric Utilities are happening too. If only TAVA would PR the Fortune article so that when investors DD the company, they would find the article quickly.
