HAWAII is in big trouble cuz of ASIA- Japan..more then 50% of their tourists business comes from there... it's in a bigger trouble then intel.
it's going to be deserted. i bet one can pick up a nice house on the
beach as soon as all the business start to die.

hawaii is going to try to bring SW and drug companies there not manufaturing... NBR is doing nightly report on hawaii this week...

Calif land is almost like a short sell, it's like sitting on rmbs stocks at 80, people are tripping over eachother trying to bid up
properties sometime 80-100k MORE then asking price.
thre is no end to the craze...

all this craze comes from high tech money . people who paid $1 for their options now cashing in to buy $1m homes for cash.

seller does not take offer unless pre-approved and "cash in hand"..
this is what i hear. i would not touch calif execpt to short it.

Florida : i like that....

calif : best time to buy is right after an earthquake (it's so funny),
people move out of calif and leave w.out a job anywhere else after an earth quake.
