To All, I had given this company and the given situation that we are in some serious thought this week and actually ended up dictating an open letter to ACTV and this forum on a ride from Central New Jersey to Bridgeport Conn this morning. I decided not to publish it at this time. I have become a protagonist of ACTV based on the lack of news and lack of responsibility to the small share holder by ACTV. It is time to make some noise, as a share holder you have the right. Start asking questions and demand the answers. We are not getting out the story. The product will not sell itself. Where the hell is the commercial? Where do we stand with production? What are the next roll out schedules? What is our Wall Street guru, Lee Isgur, doing for us? IMHO, investor confidence is at an all time low, if we can trade a large block on the open market at 1 3/8. Management had better wake up at this point and make their move or it is going to take YEARS to pull out from under this situation. Frank M Gorenstein
