I heard off the Street that some people thought the number of shares increased. These shares were NOT issued, restricted or otherwise.

I haven't read the footnote myself, I hate the cumbersome way Edgar is the first 48 hours...

It has something to do with some parties that thought enough of the Company to invest several million $$$ in it recently.

I'm told to read THE WHOLE S-1, not just a piece here and there, to get the full picture.

I am watching, reading, thinking and most surely waiting. It really depends on new management and the products they choose to attempt to develop. There are now 23 million shares outstanding, which is not large, but a sharp increase over the last two years. Like I said I will watch and wait and follow the price.
